The Energy Efficiency Program upgrades homes with insulation, air sealing, windows, electrical panels, roofing, siding, and efficient HVAC systems to lower utility costs, improve comfort, and create healthier, more affordable housing for Detroit residents.
Workforce Development & Training Initiative
The Workforce Development & Training Initiative equips Detroit residents with hands-on skills in construction and energy efficiency, preparing them for stable, well-paying careers in the skilled trades.

The Senior Housing & Accessibility Program for Veterans provides safe, affordable housing and critical home modifications for aging veterans. We improve accessibility, comfort, and independence through upgrades that support long-term stability and quality of life.
Homebuyer Readiness Support
We provide education and resources to help Detroit residents transition into homeownership, including credit counseling, first-time homebuyer classes, and guidance through the entire purchasing process.
